The Collaboration

With effect from today, TheCheeseCuppies will be in collaboration with the Islamic Relief Malaysia.

The Islamic Relief Malaysia is the Malaysian branch of the UK based NGO .

It is currently running the Libraries for Orphanage Program throughout Malaysia, building libraries within orphanages throughout the country.

The Cheese Cuppies hereby officially join the fundraising efforts of this course, with which 100 % profit from each order in participation of this drive, goes to IRM.

For every cheesecuppie you sink your teeth into, an orphan gets to read a book. 

How this works :

1. Send an email to  thecheesecuppies@gmail.com with the subject "IRM-TCC Fundraising Order"

2. Place your order ( the flavours and pricing can be found at the end of this post )

3. State when you want the orders to reach you ( at least 2 days from the date of order ). 

4. There will be delivery charges of not more than Rm 6 for areas around KL/PJ. 

( Free delivery to TTDI, Bandar Utama, Mutiara Damansara and Damansara Perdana areas )

5. Self-collect is very much apprieciated. Details will be emailed to you.

Fresh from the oven

This morning I woke up at the crack of dawn to make a dozen cheesecuppies for Naziehah, the belly dancing teacher cum friend who is ordering for a family gathering.

Instead of making them last night, I decided to make it very early this morning so that when Naziehah comes over in the late morning later, her cheesecuppies will still be fresh and ready to eat.

After all the slicing all of the berries and glazing, now the 12 cheesecuppies are cooling in the fridge waiting to go...!

She's that Girl !

Our good friends, Haslina and Kamarul wanted to give their niece a dozen cheesecuppies for her birthday. It was left to me to decide on the flavour so I decided on something I think kids would like. Oreos seems a good bet so I made BerryCookie cheesecuppies. 

Base : Oreo cookies/butter

Body: Lemon cheesecake mixed with oreo crumbs

Topping: White cookie crumble with fresh blueberry

And to add a dash of girlishness, a maroon ribbon for that feminine touch!
